These terms and conditions and student policy (Conditions) as varied from time to time by BONNA Beauty apply to the supply of Courses by Bonna Beauty to the Student.
1. Introduction
Welcome to BONNA BEAUTY. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a contract between you and BONNA BEAUTY.
2. Definitions
- “Course”: Refers to any beauty course offered by BONNA BEAUTY.
- “Student”: Any individual enrolled in a BONNA BEAUTY course.
- “Materials”: All learning materials provided during the course.
3. Enrollment
- Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors require parental consent.
- Process: Complete the online application form and provide necessary identification.
- Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before the course starts. The remaining 70% must be paid in full before the course begins. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Course Materials
- Access: Students will receive access to online materials upon enrollment.
- Usage: Materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed.
5. Course Completion
- Assessment: Students must complete all assessments to receive certification.
- Certification: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.
6. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If a student/trainer is unable to attend the scheduled training class due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., medical emergency, sickness, flight cancellations/delays), the training class will be rescheduled within six months. Payment for the class will be applied to the rescheduled class date.
7. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: Students must conduct themselves professionally at all times.
- Misconduct: Any form of misconduct may result in expulsion without refund.
8. Liability
- Disclaimer: BONNA BEAUTY is not liable for any personal injuries or damages incurred during the course.
- Indemnity: Students agree to indemnify BONNA BEAUTY against any claims arising from their participation in the course.
9. Privacy
- Data Protection: Personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for course-related purposes.
- Consent: By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of their personal data.
10. Amendments
- Changes: BONNA BEAUTY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
11. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and images, are the intellectual property of BONNA BEAUTY.
- Usage: Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only.
- Restrictions: Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without explicit written permission from BONNA BEAUTY. Students are also prohibited from teaching or sharing any information taught by BONNA BEAUTY. This includes the training manual, all coursework (electronic, text, written or verbal), instructor demonstrations, student or live model practice, photography, video, and/or audio recordings. All information provided is copyrighted and protected under NSW law.
12. Training Rescheduling
- Conditions: If a student or trainer is unable to attend a scheduled training class due to circumstances out of their control, such as medical emergencies or flight cancellations, the training class will be rescheduled within six months. All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Eyelash Extension Course Training Agreement
1. Course Overview
The Eyelash Extension Course at BONNA BEAUTY is designed to provide students with comprehensive training in eyelash extension techniques.
2. Enrollment Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.
- Prerequisites: Basic understanding of beauty care recommended.
- Equipment: Students must have access to a computer and internet.
3. Course Content
- Modules: The course consists of multiple modules covering theory, practical application, and troubleshooting.
- Materials Provided: Students will receive a free custom beauty lash kit.
4. Training Schedule
- Duration: The course is self-paced and must be completed within one month.
- Support: Includes real training in a standard six days, with additional days upon request. Access to tutors online with 24/7 homework support.
5. Assessment
- Evaluation: Students must submit practical assessments and pass theoretical exams.
- Feedback: Detailed feedback will be provided for all assessments.
6. Certification
- Completion: Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements.
- Recognition: Certification is recognized within the beauty industry.
7. Additional Benefits
- Support and Training: Includes training with real models, post-course assistance, and practical assessments.
- Business and Social Media Courses: Includes 2 hours of business course and 2 hours of social media course.
- Real-World Case Studies: Practical experience with real-world case studies.
8. Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: Students must maintain a high level of professionalism during training.
- Respect: Mutual respect between students and instructors is expected at all times.
9. Liability and Indemnity
- Safety: BONNA BEAUTY ensures all training materials are safe to use.
- Responsibility: Students must follow all safety guidelines. BONNA BEAUTY is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of materials.
10. Live Model Policy
- Model Requirement: For courses that require live model training, students are encouraged to bring their own models.
- Provision of Models: If a student cannot provide a live model, 6 free sessions models can be provided by BONNA BEAUTY, more may charged for an additional fee.

Certification is awarded only to those students who demonstrate proficiency in applying eyelash extensions.
We recommend that students practice on a minimum of 3 different clients, 2-3 times per week, for at least one month before accepting paying clients. This practice period allows students to refine their skills in lash techniques, including isolation, placement, structure, and overall proficiency.
